Carmen Amoros Goldberg is a New York City Actress and Singer, who has appeared in various television shows, feature films and commercials (for detail download her professional resume below).  She was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico.  At the age of 4, her parents Miguel and Inocencia Amoros and her three younger sisters moved to the United States to start a better life.

Carmen graduated from the Spanish Eastern District Assemblies of God Bible Seminary in Brooklyn, New York in 1976.  She also pursued studies in Graphic Design and Advertising at Parson's School of Design and previously worked as Executive Assistant to one of Associated Press' top VIPs. At her last job in the corporate world she worked as an Information Technology Analyst at Global Information Technology Desk for an international investment banking firm. Carmen served as secretary for  Embajadores de Cristo (Ambassadors of Christ) Brooklyn Chapter for one year in 1977 and was elected District Secretary of the Embajadores de Cristo's for entire Spanish Eastern District in 1978, the following year.  Carmen began singing with her sisters at the young age of 12 and went on to sing as a soloist with a Grammy award winning choir from 1980 until 1992.   In 2005 a friend encouraged her to begin acting and modeling in industrial magazine prints.  On October 2007, Carmen started the soon to be incorporated, New York Pod Cafe, an internet based podcasting channel - a talk program where she interviews artists and public personalities.  The show is still in its Genesis, but the website thrives with many listeners  from around the world.    Carmen is also a fine arts artist and studies at the Art Student's League of New York, She also continues to pursue studying photography journalism in New York City and sings at "Don't Tell Mama" off-Broadway each month.   She currently attends a church which she supports wholeheartedly in Brooklyn, NY, where she resides with her husband  Ira A. Goldberg, a pianist, music conductor and arranger.  Carmen enjoys her work as an actress and singer, but has immersed herself in support of various causes. Carmen  supports various charities and causes one of them being the Liberian Children's Orphanage of Liberia, Africa, through her contributions on the internet.  When she is not acting, singing or painting, one can expect Carmen to find herself lending her expertise in various areas to support others.
